This was a first for Ron Parks Photography. Ashley and Justin rushed the capitol rotunda with 60 guests at 6pm, with photographers, wedding coordinators, and flowers in tow. Their flash mob wedding was a great success followed by a reception at The Belmont. More photos to follow!
